Reason is no prime vendor is accepting corp to corp.. You have to  work directly for prime vendor or go full-time to client 

Unless otherwise your employer has direct client submissions it is tough.

 

H4 ead ainangreen card aina citizen aina unless they work on w2 to prime vendor client is not accepting them.
