3 investigations nadusthayi for MAVNIs. One is NIAC, one is SSBI and now added one is CI. 

So if you haven't finished all 3 within 2 years, train to ASSAM confirmed. 

Okappudu just NIAC ayithe chaalu ship chesesevallu alane people like @Hercules and @quickgun_murugun uncles shipped with pending SSBIs. 

Ippudu rules marinayi unless and until SSBI and CI(new background investigation 3rd one) finish ayithey kaani they won't give you a ship date. 

Avi complete avvalantey DoD takes it's own sweet time, very few agents for thousands of soldiers that's the main issue. 

 

In short, whole MAVNI program is messed up right now.
