Rental property ki illu konadam is also a better choice of investment..but..

using all your savings and cash to buy a house and renting it out, is like slow poison and for the people who doesnt know how to calculate..

In India, the interest rates are almost 10%...for constructed space imagine doing 30% down, with 10% interest and pay back period of 10 years, do you think your property value will be worth enough to cover all the expenses when taking into factor inflation and depreciation for the constructed space ?
