Mi manager going in a wrong direction...

Story entiante...2012 we also used to work for 4 days and 10 hours daily...

So every week is long weekend for us...because friday is holiday for us...

So every thursday...we used to feel it like its a friday...and we used enjoy that day...

And every monday is kind of lazy...same like now...

So..we are a team of 6 ppl...and the project froucked up...after 4 months...completely...

Client havent paid to vendor...and eventually everyone who are in opt and h1b lost pay for 2 months...

Depends on manager. Some managers are successful and some failed. Most core companies still follows this. 4.5 days or every second and 4th Friday are off.
