ee issue ki resolution emi ledhu. extension/transfer apudu direct NOID vasthundhi .. 

I faced the same, fortunately intra-company transfer kindha India ki vachi , currently working in bglr. 

who ever had their H1 picked,processed in MS quota from stratford univ..oka consultancy ni vethukkuni valla through one more h1b in regular cap lo apply cheyyandi when your current h1b is already active and not expired yet. okavela additional H1 regular cap lo pick , approve ayithe  you can start working on that new h1....DONT WAIT UNTIL EXTENSION/TRANSFER....I've done this mistake and suffered , has put my family in jeopardy..

tell your friend to be happy that GOD has put an end to his miserable H1b life in USA. If he still wants to stay in foreign country ask him to apply for Canada or if his financial position is good, he can go back to school in a different country or INDIA, best option is search for a job in india

naku telsina friend ki same situation india lo aagipoyadu...after that he applied in general quota and got back here.
