Hyderabadi biryani vs ambur biryani

ayyundochu from your observation....but I never saw an outsider (non hydbadi or non  telugu) dying for hyd biryani ever....

nenu tinna alugadda biryani madras la..aravollu chesinadi...

problem endi ante, manake telsu anukovadam lo thapu ledu...kani na aokkanike telsu ante kastam kada..nuvvu nee calcutta turkolla alu gadda lolli bhajana ehe..

Nenu master's lo unnappudu inti pakkana thellollu padi sachetollu Hyd biriyani ante. Every weekend biriyani chestunde, vaadiki kooda nerpina. Vaadu kooda manchiga ondutunde Hyderabad dum biriyani.

biryani gurinchi intha lolli ah HYD vadiki HYD biryani nachuthadi ambur odiki adi dhey nachuthadi..........and kontha mandi TS friend lanti valu extralu cheyadaniki mandanikkanna pakkanodi baguntadi antaru...............HYD biryani approved and rated as best biryani in the world by large sector of people. When u take about personal interest you can fight  with one person opposing his opinion..........

right... nuvu madras lo thinnantha mathrana its not wrong, may be they adapted it from calcutta biryani... there are your muslim friends who make biryani with alu gaddalu.... so get out of your shell thinking biryani is made only the way hydbadi muslims like ....
