Tindadam tappu kadu  , Ye age lo tine tindi aa age lo tinali , I have seen older people not able to consume the foods they like as they grow old etc , so eat well when you can , the problem comes with not compensating the food you eat by any activity

this may suits middle east because water is less(thats why half boiled rice, otherwise we can eat full boiled), no plants..... so they end-up with biryani......
