Biryani ekkuva 10g tinadam valla banapottas, tyres etc etc......As a result laziness, tiredness, blood pressure, diabetes etc....

Edaina sarey small portions tinandi....Eat more fruits...time vunollu cardio cheyyandi...

chex chesthey workout ayepothundi le man.... so biryani tinatam manaru so encourage to have more chex

Thinatam thappu kadu. Thinnaka workout cheyakapovatam thappu.

fruits tinandi, kudithi tagandi -- idhi antha avasaram ledhu. If u eat more run more anthey. U will be alright
