Charlett has become BOTS samrajyam off late so billing rates anthaga levu ikkada. Financial clients mostly and they have all become comfortable in paying peanuts to BOTS so ippudu evvariki ekkuva rates levu ikkada. 

Was it atleast in the 70s range? The billing, or no?

75$ per hr. Ma employer wont be ok with that rate
