Yes, too many variables. BJP will still be a fringe player. But i am sure they will try to do a Karnataka and come to power in AP slowly in the next decade or so.

TDP might not get a lot of votes in North Andhra this time around. But no alternative in sight. Jagan might still be trying to fight his cases. BJP does not have the ground strength or the popularity. Congress the lesser said, the better.
