For H1s, add miscellaneous expenses such as h1 transfer, relocation etc., to 3 months expenses. 

Unfortunately, people now a days worry more about the mortgage than preparing for worst case scenario.

Andaru anta money india every month pamparu but they will have resources to get back but they wont touch instead ask friends or adjust with that they have. I don't understand why they should struggle that much when they have their own money . Oka property ammi kuda happy ga tension free undachu.
