they are feeling its abuse to give 5k since they found job they took interview and they need to pay taxes and they need to pay more taxes if they exceed barcket at end of year even thought they are not making money..so they dint want to get abused anta...em chedham ippudu....

out of these all this heated arguments...turned out they found one candidate who is their relative as i said earlier....working as baby sitter in Hayward they are paying her 5$ hr....she accepted this potions  they accepted to offer free accommodation and food  in Fremont and 14$ hr ...also they will help her pay school fee..good the job dint go wasted...thanks all for your wonderfull comments and cryings....
