EMployer to audit padite better to transfer and do it with another employer. naku 2011 lo audit padindi and malla i140 appudu kuda queries paddayi. After i did transfer new employer to no issues with PERM or i140.

but I have 2 years of h1 left..u think i have enough window to change employer and apply perm again?

PERM ippudu 1 yr padutondi min and i140  premium lo cheyinchukovaachu but present situations with immigration chaos i140 premium untundo ledo cheppalem ..also not to forget even in past around 2011-2012 correct ga time frame gurthuledu i140 ki premium pikesaru for 2-3 years.

But if u ask me once PERM audit padindi ante employer issue. Always headache and GC vache varaku tension. If i were u i would transfer and that is what i did. When i did transfer ma employer Ad avanni vesi unnadu for some one so ventane PERM ki applied with no loss of time nakala workout ayyindi though i wasn't really in hurry. Ala try chesi chudu if u get lucky may be niku kuda work out avvachu. good luck

PERM is about job... i140 is about employer...  naaku perm audit padindi.. then cleared.. i140 premium lo approved..
