I was in same situation as you , got an Audit in Perm and have to wait for 16 months to get clearance.

So chudu , what is the Audit about ? , mine was general audit who paid for your Processing ani .So we sent notorized form saying my employer paid ani ...

So elanti generic unti clear aithyi,if its so specific to your employer then i would have second thought of getting it approved (this applies to even second Application)

coming back to your questions

a) Yes your employer can file for second Perm application

B) Unfortunately Yes , Process motham malli modatnunchi modal pettalli

PERM ippudu 1 yr padutondi min and i140  premium lo cheyinchukovaachu but present situations with immigration chaos i140 premium untundo ledo cheppalem ..also not to forget even in past around 2011-2012 correct ga time frame gurthuledu i140 ki premium pikesaru for 2-3 years.

But if u ask me once PERM audit padindi ante employer issue. Always headache and GC vache varaku tension. If i were u i would transfer and that is what i did. When i did transfer ma employer Ad avanni vesi unnadu for some one so ventane PERM ki applied with no loss of time nakala workout ayyindi though i wasn't really in hurry. Ala try chesi chudu if u get lucky may be niku kuda work out avvachu. good luck :)
