Can payroll can be too higher than labour(LCA)

naa labour(LCA) loo 105k vundhi... but na employer 180K+ pay chasthadu.. this happens.. bcoz I get very good billing rate for my project.

Will this be a problem when there will be any audit from immigration  or any audits to company? I mean justifying why so high ani..

Lca only dictates the minimum that shud get paid for that role in that place

so no issues there..however with such large variation u r like a sitting duck infront of a consular officer if she chooses to review ur docs

Yeah.. Immigration auidts looo too high kada pay.. so enduku ani adagha vachu... head ache chaasa chances.. justify chasukovalli.. yeah contracting job ala vundhi ani cheppali..

appudu LCA enduku update chaya ledu antaru...  LCA update chastha.. malli project finish ayaka.. malli LCA change chayalli... its like  promotions and demotions.. on LCA
