I see . Thanks for info . I thought LCA change  cheyachu . How about amendment pending and you change client ? Ide situation kada?  This would be common scenario as premium tesesaru now .

ma office lo last year H1 approve ayyaka 1.5 months ki uscis nundi verification ki vacharu...so basically naku telisi u need to file for an amendment as soon as u get ur next project

For amendments, if u change client during processing, you can withdraw your application so your current H!B will be valid without issues. (Time baleka job poina place lo USCIS visit cheste, they intent to revoke h1b from USCIS oche chances unnai )

Same docs petti try cheyachu emo . For transfer I didn't  have client letter and I sent email Convo saying client doesn't provide client letter . Pampincjina docs aey malla adigadu and I sent same as my manager was psycho to write same email with latest date . I got approved .
