According to attorney They got the LCA certified and yet to file h1b. I came to know that I can start working after USCIS recieves the h1b packet. Is that true? Any one who were in this situation? halwaraaj Posted May 15, 2017 Report Posted May 15, 2017 nope, you can start working after USCIS recieves your H1-B application, and you receive a receipt from them saying they are processing your application. Quote
