same emplyr past 6 yrs...india ki vacha for 3 weeks but parents want me to stay for atleast couple of months as i am seeing them after 5 years..client gadiki cheppesa ipatlo ranu ani..emplyr gadiki mandindhi...vadu last pay chk aapesadu..ituvanti lucha emplyr ni emi cheyali.. i have timesheets proof..

if any employer is reading this..nee ayya jagiri kadu h1b employee..we have a life beyond US  and you have to respect our decision

Lucha Lk lu employer gallu okko employer lamb di koduku okko employee mida kanisam 200k den taru. Rogalu vachi potaru badcow gallu. I also had bad experience with employers but time bagaleka I couldn't do anything rather than changed my employer. I would have got gc by now.

Mee employer neeku pay ivvakapothe back to US vachaka appudu eh post vesi unte makes sense

keeping on hold is common no among employers while you are on bench or vacation for more than 2 months..
