report when there is a abuse.. like in your case employer holding the pay...

there is no million dollar reward if you report, they will investigate and take the necessary steps...

If I were you and abused I would email them and find if they provide you any whistle blower kind of status

Employers lucha gallu, valla time bagundi 1995-2000 time lo us vacharu, gc dobbaru easy ga, now extras. Ma employer failed engineering for 7 years in india before coming here, now gc and all,

Nenu university topper in btech in 2005 working for this lucha employer now
