House anedi big responsibility man...

Rent kadutunna dani badulu illu konta ante thappu lo kaalesthav... buy a home if you want to live in that house for atleast 10 years... (LONG TERM) .. particularly in places in CA.  H1B jobs are not permanent and anytime company can decide on anything about you... of course you can find a job easily though.. so do all that math ...

rental house aithe edo okati chesi bayatapadochu.. owned houses not easy to get rid of... so think about it..

according to my knowledge person B safe...as he pays less mortgage and get tax benefits...there is always a risk of market going down for person B...but there is always a chance that market will pickup and make him positive at one point...but he will continue to pay less mortgage compare to person A...this is what my thought processing...i could be worng

before you buy look for atleast 10 years down the line.. also consider your visa status into accout (first other stuff ... last visa status)
