Buying home in Bay Area

Is it good idea to buy a home close to 1 Million in Bay Area ??

Both of us working on H1B. Home will be ready around end of this year..so cant lock down the rate now, need to wait until at least July...if we buy is it good idea to take 5/1 or 7/1...so at least we will pay less interest for few years...and then will decide if we continue to stay or move to different place

What are the predictions for interest rate hike and housing  market...

very confusing...need expert opinion

Simple. Its a huge risk you are taking on 1 Million investment. Market is very shaky and it may come down in future.

Instead invest 500k$ and try to get GC thru EB-5

iddaru working ft ayithe go for it.. 5/1 or 7/1 intial ga baagane untay but longterm ayithe I dont recommnd looking at those options. okasari mee lender gani tho kurcho motham simulate cheyamanu differnt loan options it will give you an idea. at the end nee situatn neeke baaga telusthadhi so corrct ga analyze chesukoni step veyu big responsibility. ATB

agree bhaya, i am not complaining that i dont have 500K, i am happy with what i have..

thanks bhayya...market down avutundi ani last 1 and half yer nundi waiting (which is good in one way)...but now worried that interest rates perugutayemo ani...and also ee rentals kastam ga undi 3500 per month...that is the main reason to think about buying home...
