Two H1b's picked in lottery i really do not know how to deal withs situation?

Currently i am on a project with client A, since this year is my last attempt so went for one extra chance/application. Desi employer filed an H1b, which is picked and vendor(prime vendor) filed an H1b, which is picked as well. Problem is should i wait until one is approved and drop the other one? or what if the case both are approved?  really need suggestion on this, please.

Vendor filed the H1b with start date from October with the same client that i am working for, with that be a problem?

SEVIS record is updated with two receipt numbers, any help is much appreciated. 

Note: 1. Last year H1b picked but denied 2. this year no client letter  3. current OPT STEM expires in July 2017
