Regional Centres  investment lite teesuko. You should just have to forget about your money invested $500k. in other words you are just buying a GC for $500k.

If you can invest $1M then it is worth it, You get Conditional GC for 2 years, and if you can continue to pay American workers for the first 2 yrs, then you get permanent GC.

Yes.. do it before congress changes the rule and puts in more restrictions to stop the exploitation from South Asian countries particularly "China and South Korea "

On top of that regional center fee charge chesthadi around 50k

So total $575k undali..

Isn't this the reason why Chinese people invest in real estate that is worth 100s of millions and just relax. Project team will then handle everything including creating an employment for many people on investor's name..After 2 years they get GC with minimum guaranteed returns.

@mettastar - My sincere Advise.. If you are ready with $500k, then I would suggest go invest in a regional motel..Sue shot your investment wil be worth it.

Gujjus does this and they had a very great success rate.

Can we show the revenue as investment too?

Lets say I got a product/service and have sales of 1 million after a year or two and I decided to spend all of it on the firm and the firm also has min of 10 FTE for 2 years. Can this be considered under EB5?
