Actually india nundi vache onsite people majority people talent and better coding skills thone vastaru urike mana laga pake petti aite raru evadu kadana aunanna. They will undergo rigorous intensive training in technology work more hours for cheap pay chala kashta padtaru. The only thing I don't like about them is they are so jealous of MS people here buying expensive cars expensive clothes and hanging out in the bars. They don't like to spend money like we do. What they don't understand is we also undergo kukka chakiri in off campus jobs, struggling to pay tuition and loans then consultancies after all those phases only  we are buying cars or clothes or whatever. Valla kashtam enta untado manadi kuda anthe untadi.

....and it is not same with all guys two of my friends in wipro.. just directly  applied H1 ..without all these process.. they were working here from last 2.5 yrs
