You need a strong legal divorce lawyer in India and USA at same time. It appears she might file wrong criminal cases against him in India. Where he can get in to very serious trouble. So please have him lawyers suggest.

Alimony topic osthe effectively marriage ayyaka he spent more than her and her current salary is more than him. Does he still needs to pay in this case ?
