There are fakes everywhere...there are pros and cons for every category...I am not talking about h4 EAD who has talent but those dumps who are like pests on spouses

pros: can get 3 years opt to work

cons:India lo parents aasthulu security ga petti loan theesukovali..than come here and do part time jobs(we all know how worst the part time jobs can be)

mesthri will give you peanuts on opt and some times he will not pay you the peanuts properly.Need to pay off student loan

 

h1

pros: can file for GC and earn good salary

cons:stamping and extensions are headache.Now a days H1 transfer and amendments are big tension

 

H4 

pros: can work on W2 full time.Does not require 16 years of study.spouse can help with referrals since double income.Just spend $400 for h4 EAD.Spouse can drop/pickup at work if working at the same client.Can buy home sooner since double income.

cons: nothing
