current employer dwara 5 months marketing chesina job raaledu and so current employer gaadu , better u go out of my company I can't hold u annadu 

So cousin found another company and job vachindi with kotta company marketing valla.

aa vishayam current employer gaadiki telisi godava chestunnadu payrolls ivvakunda.

Thax dabbulu mottam memu pettukuntamu and edo compensation kinda 3-5 k kudu istaamu ani cheppamu but Vaadu ippudu

ninnu India nundi teesuku vachinanduku naaku Latham undali kada so naaku 15k plus me thax dabbulu ivvandi appudu payrolls is that antunnadu.

we agreed even to all that in installments , but is he expecting everything upfront.

please advise how to come out of this situation.

dol ki complaint chesthe em avuthadi  .. ne company medha ichi chudu okka sari

In DOL you can complaint on your employer if he is not paying you everymonth the base salary or not giving you paychecks. Just say to him the same on phone that you will be reporting to Dol. Make sure you have your new h1b with new employer.
