Rajdhani/Duronto/Shatabdi lo dynamic fare kaadu its flexi fare in that scenario first 10 per cent of the seats will be sold at normal fare and thereafter increasing it by 10 per cent with every 10 per cent of berths sold with a ceiling of 50 per cent. For the price of 2AC under flexi fare they are getting flight tickets so people are preffering it. They are just behind Revenue but the occupation ratio taking a hit thats why they came up with a system providing 10% discount on base fare for berths/seats available after charting i.e., if you book under current reservation.
