It's not so much a defeat to be honest. But it's understandable from Kohli's perspective, he's the best batsman to come out of India in the past 25 years so he wants to cement his legacy by trying to become a successful captain as well, surpassing Dhoni. 

Kohli doesn't want to experiment with new coach .. he and the team is well off with an existing one even though he is mediocre ... fair enough

Any coach who is going to be appointed will carry on till 2019 WC....
