Target below ones if you plan to apply with 2 or fewer years of experience. These are in Top 20. If you want to target top 15, you need at least 5 years experience. 

Emory, UTAustin, McDonough, Tepper, Kelley.

my only suggestion is talk to Indian seniors before deciding on the Univ. Even schools from top 25 are feeling the pressure because of the lottery system.
