my personal opinion high rise lo 1200 sq feet apt anaduanuko for suppose 150 sq feet common area .balcony ki teesesthadu inko 100 sq feet club house ani teesesthadu so 1200 sq feet konte u end up with 950 sq feet so 250 sq feet ki pay chesthunattu and maintenance kooda 8 to 10 rs vasool chestharu sq ft ki

this thing is common is any apt man..maa side common area and parking ani testadu..i dnt knw how its in hyd...regular aptki high riseki only difference just corpus fund and club house deposit undadu ante

but marginal rates ki kani 3-4yrs back konte apts ni, reconstruct cheyataniki ekuva padadhu cost,

my wife has apt in kakinada, 25yrs old, ipudu sale chesthe easy ga 20-22L osthay, after 3-5yrs apt community antha kalisi reconstruct cheyinchina per apt about 5-10L lo aipotundi antunaru

Rates peragavu ani emi undadu if u can crack a good deal..raw materials rate would not be the same aftrr 10 yrs..land rate will not be the same after 10 yrs..comparitevly land ekkuva perugutadi ante..fd kanna apt is better

20-40L range aithe as of now well known places lo apt konatam kanna fd best,
