Yeah there are a lot of big builders like prestige , salarpuria satva , Phoenix , shapurji pallonji, lodha etc ... But most of these are pretty upscale , just maintenance fees 20-25k/month untadi ... 

I've recently seen these new commercial blocks that salarpuria sattva is building near inorbit in a 30 acre plot , it's simply mind blowing ..... Undoubtedly Hyderabad lo best commercial property avthadi adi ....
