For me 20k as I already had account relationship with barclay before. for one of my friend 10k

Fees is waived if you  balance transfer in the first 45 days . There is no limit as such that you can do only once even in those 45 days

its hard these days man, try to find someone buying a big ticket item and then they can transfer you if you pay using the card
