Hooooly.....Its a very bad and temporary way to loose weight. Your goal should to loose just fat. Not muscle & bone weight... Consuming low GI carbs with protein is essential to loose weight in a right way. Moreover, You need healthy fats to loose weight. Almonds, Whole cheese, Whole milk, Ghee, egg yolks in limited portion for every meal. Quote
