if your goal is to loose weight.. stop consuming both.. just eat salad and protein..

Hooooly.....Its a very bad and temporary way to loose weight. Your goal should to loose just fat. Not muscle & bone weight... Consuming low GI carbs with protein is essential to loose weight in a right way.

Moreover, You need healthy fats to loose weight. Almonds, Whole cheese, Whole milk, Ghee, egg yolks in limited portion for every meal.

processed flr  isn't good.  whole grain is the best way to consume carbs.
