high school diploma vs bachelors vs masters vs phd (annitlo malli US vs Foreign, stem vs non stem unnayi) 13 points max

salary (150% of state median, 200%, 300%), 13 points max, i think folks in CA and NY will be screwed if it happens to be law!!

English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL, based on percentiles & deciles) 12 points max

Age (18, 21, 26, 31, 36, 41, 46, 51 ki points curve undi, highest for 26 to 31) 10 points max

Nobel prize = 25 points
Olympics medal = 15 points
Investments ($1.3mn vs $1.8mn) 12 points max

100 points ki manam max 48 techukovachu (nobel, olympics and investments lekapote)
min required to be eligible is 30 points

final twist entante, spouse kuda equal level lo undali points lo, else applicant points weigh only for 70%, lower spouse points weigh for remaining 30%

 

conclusion is jambalakidi pamba if the bill becomes law
