Job Title change for H1B Extension

Hello Bros,

 

About to apply my third H1 Extension.

applied previous H1s as programmer analyst. I just came to know programmer Analyst is not considered as highly skilled job title, people receiving RFEs who are applied as programmer analyst ( Not sure if it's true) . Na lawyer recommending to change job title to something else not finalized yet.

My current project ending on Dec-31-2017

current h1 expires feb-2-2018

planning to apply h1 this week. Questions are

 

what are the chances of approving vs getting RFE for changing Job title?

if I receive RFE for changing job title from programmer analyst to something else, what could be RFE reason and who should answer wether employer related RFE or client related?

When does premium processing will start?

Also, I got client and vendor letters

I'm in the same boat and up for extension. Lawyer job title change  cheyyali antandi but change cheste  premium processing ki eligibile kavu even if you are with same location same client anta.
