I 94  update avvadu bro.. doesnt wrk that way..  I heard that you can ask your representative to drop off ur docs just wanted to confirm, Cant find anything online

Dropping through a person is different but u have to be in the country physically.

Yes, you can send your friend but I think you need go provide him an authorization letter. Please check the ustraveldocs website, it is clearly briefed there.
