L&T invested lot of money in metro thinking that real estate prices will sky rocket once metro finishes and it can make huge profits. But it didn't happened. So it will be very hard for it run metro without very high ticket prices. Will be interesting to see what people's response will be if the ticket prices are high.

HYD lo.. Corporate companies has to take part to make it success. providing incentives to the employees based on the usage.. like in USA for HOV lane drivers /hybrid card owners etc...

Lets hope so. But the cost and delays of this project are going so much out of hand that It is putting whole viability into question.
