That happens at almost all places even in mumbai first phase was delayed so much , at one point after all approvals the metro as per design has to cross over andheri station which is a busy subarban local station & area..Railways valla madyalo delay ayyindi. Ivvanni chala vattillo vastayi due to lack of co-ordination between different departments.

Delhi Metro is one of the well co-ordinated metro ane cheppali..
