congress getting 11.5% is absolutely expected. 

All that the candidate needs is 20,000 to get 11% vote share in constituency where muslims form 50,000 voters, even if 30% vote for congress candidate who also happens to be a muslim, 11% is minimum expected with votes from other traditional banks..

there are few things i have noticed today while we were returning from panjagutta , Traffic constable was guiding Ambulance and stopped the traffic and made sure ambulance has left without any difficulty. also even thought traffic might be slow , but it is never a jam , don't know how it will be with rain , but saw lot of difference with attitude of traffic constable , should appreciate them

muslim aina 20000 votes chala kashtam,  in 2014 also there was a strong muslim candidate (independent) but he was able to get only 10K votes. (now that fellow is in ycp).
