4, Huge negativity in his own caste. Most of the Reddys are inclining towards tdp.

5, No plan or agenda for 2019. 

     agreed to a extent , but ippudu free offers almost anni parties istunai so veedi deggara kottavi emi levu. they will rely on anti-incumbency for most part. but navaratnalu ani evo cheptunnadu..if they can take that into public then there is a chance.

6, Roja is a big minus to ycp with her unnecessary bashing and clueless points. 

      Roja is not a big minus , but some of her comments are. ee talking power valle appudu cbn ameni tdp lo teeskunnadu. but she must talk on real issues rather than meesalu and chudidaar.

7, rumours on merging the party into bjp. Jagan khandisthaledu.

      this is a rumor , might be 2019 lo geliste appudu bjp try chestadi like in bihar.

The above are only intended for the opposition. I know tdp is not even greatly performing. However, people are inclining towards tdp as there isn't any alternative and ycp have a bad reputation.
