first of all the most basic thing for making chinese food, atleast imitation chinese food is a Carbon steel wok and high flame stove.

aa high heat lo cook chesey aa 45 seconds , will sear meat very well , akkadey vasthundhi aa flavor anthaa

try to buy a carbon wok and cook on a gas stove, also use liberal amounts of MSG for that mind blowing taste @3$%

dude try Sichuan cuisine not boilerplate pf changs or takeout special chinese restauarant

Sichuan food is the real spicy chinese food, its amazing, malla okasari chinese food sendaalam anavu

Chicken 65 is not Chinese. It is an Indian dish anukunte.

koncham road side dust, vehicles nundi vache pollution, two drops of sweat, unwashed hands, etc...

try to create same scene while preparing chicken 65 same like road side...
