Cousins dilemma

My cousin is looking to buy 7 seater car , he is looking to buy Honda pilot Elite which is 50k on road and 2017 Acura Mdx hybrid advanced which is 59 OTD. 

He is leaning towards Acura MDX , i feel he could go for AUDI Q7 instead of acura if he spends another 5 thousand 

what are your opinions on 7 seater
