There is huge difference between an individual and big company. Big company will have a good process and collateral requests, and even partnership with insurance firms. They can survive even if they lose 2 cars out of 100. When an individual requests collateral, no driver would come forward.

I think insurance ollu kooda oka peddha company tho oka laaga behave chestharu and mana lanti individual tho oka la behave chestharu during claims... they will have 100s of routes to escape paying during claims... manam fight cheyyalem vallatho in all cases, but peddha companies ki lawyers untaru and moreover insurances hate losing big companies as customers so they will bend over as necessary for them
