I will tell u one thing, one of my frd works in bofa client.....bofa client more than 95% cases they don't give client lettrs to anyone.....but maa frd imp project lo work chestunnadu and critical resource, vadi mgr ichadu, he got the letter and his petition got approved......bofa client lo 95% ppl ki ivvaru kabatti, andariki ivvaru ani assume chesukolemu kada........very few ppl might get it.....

nee letter head paper batti u s c i s ki telusthadi ani evaro db lo ne vesaru. U S C I S calls to HR dept ask about you then their fair chance Hr can contact ur manager. ur manager breaks company policy.

I seen cases where h1b applications/extensions approved withour rfe without client letters. at the end of the day its all about luck???

nee badha enti khanna.....nneu edhi cheppina, malli starting ki vastavu.......naa previous msg chudu........maa client portal lo ne chala letterhead samples unnayi......andhulo okati letterhead select chesi, nene matter type chesi, color print teesi, mgr daggara sign cheyinchukunna.......letterhead lo company name, address undi, anthe........final ga maa mgr contact details unnayi kani hr vi kavu.......also uscis expects our client supervisor to give the letter, because it is client supervisor who decided what skills are required to perfom the job, hr will not decide that.....

Baa, Uuusscis vaalu evari ki call chesina hr /mgr  , they wont ask if the letter head is original / fake,  or who signed it, does the client give letter head or not ani.........    they will ask if the person is currently working or not.... So I dont think there will be any issue  .....   good luck to @srshb445 and all other ppl waiting for RFE response .................
