American accent lo matladandi totally ani evvaru anatledu kaani bro if you speak with a pronounced thick Indian accent it will not be understood well by everyone. 

Atleast aim for a more neutral accent instead.

Informatica lo work chesedi kooda majority desis ayyundochu so language problem lekunda poyindi Indian accent English perfect ga artham chesukuntaru.
