1.Passports - yours/spouse and kid's passport pages wherever there is Visa or info - get notarized( includes first and last pages, visa, and any other stamped pages)

2. I797 notarized for you and your wife

3. Lease documents notarized

4. Birth certificate of your child NOTARIZED

5. Marriage certificate color copy notarized

6. Address proof - yours and your spouse's driver's license needs to notarized as well.

just the parental-authorization is enough.

dont browse all websites.

just go to CKGS . you will have clear information

stop this nonsense man..

you dont need to notarize eveything.. just copies of  the above mentioned is enough. you shud take original copies with you while submitting the application.
