My friend filed H1 on Client  A and they gave client letter dated MAY 31 st and sent to USCIS ,LCA is also filed for same client.

Her contract for the client A has ended on May 31 and she joined Client B on June 5. while the H1 is under processing she received her RFE (H1 RFE 1)to submit more documentation of Right to Control and Company details. Her Employer responded with the documentation and she received another RFE (H1 RFE 2)in which USCIS are asking about the employment with client A/ documentation of it.

As she no longer works for that client, what are our options here to address the issue / do we have of such cases which you came across to shed some light on this to give your inputs?

time utay new application veyyi ani cheppu ...lekuntay deny ayyaka...india ki  4 weeks vacation ani cheppi client letter theskoni kotha h1 application veyyi ...adhi approve ayyaka 15 days lo ...visa stamping ki velli ra...this is done by my friend...

Nadi same situation man...inka rfe1 ki respond kale ma vodu...asking about client A emp-emplyer relationship..but now i am with client B..but I did amendmnt already..nadi extension though.
