dude! accidents happen in every one's rule we cant blame the chief ministers for everything that happened, for example panjagutta flyover collapse in 2007 if i remember correctly 20 people died, we cant blame YSR for that, mostly govt officials  alsatvam, dabbulaki kakkurthi padi saraina precautions theesukoka povadam, contractors trying to make easy money etc these will be the main reasons.

high level corruptions verega untai  ilanti chinna chinna schemes lo vallaki vachedhi emundadhu.  TDP govt lo sand scam is one of the biggest one, they are earning a lot of money through that.
