Hello,

                    Can I Apply for my H1 extension if my previous employer cancelled my I 140 , if he cancelled it what are my options. my H1 expires on  02/2018 but my 6th year of my  H1 was completed in this october 2017. so what are my options to apply for extension in February 2018.
